ProofStride Terms

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Service Scope

ProofStride provides a Google-first review operations workflow for local service businesses. The beta service can include review gap audits, neutral request previews, review triage, activation tracking, owner reports, and staged integrations.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for providing accurate business information, authorized Google Business Profile access, lawful customer contact permissions, and review links they are allowed to use.

Review Policy Commitments

Merchants must not use ProofStride for review gating, incentives, specific-rating requests, fake reviews, customer pressure, or selective solicitation. Review requests must be neutral and sent to all eligible customers under the merchant's documented eligibility rules.

Human Approval

Negative, legal, privacy, safety, refund, discrimination, malpractice, extortion, harassment, suspected fake-review, or unclear cases require human approval before a public reply is drafted or posted.

SMS Terms

SMS workflows require current consent before sending. Message frequency depends on the merchant workflow. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help when SMS sending is enabled.

Billing And Beta Availability

Paid beta plans are billed through Stripe when enabled. ProofStride may change or discontinue beta features, staged integrations, or pricing with reasonable notice where required.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

ProofStride does not guarantee review volume, ratings, ranking, search visibility, revenue, or customer behavior. Reports are operational summaries, not causal ROI proof.
