What ProofStride Collects
ProofStride collects business contact details, audit inputs, review-operation metrics, activation notes, SMS consent records, billing identifiers, and merchant-authorized Google review data needed to run the beta service.
The public audit form may collect a work email only when the person submitting the audit asks for follow-up. That form does not collect SMS consent.
Customer And Review Data
Beta operators may store review text, star ratings, Google review resource names, recipient references, consent timestamps, and opt-out records. ProofStride uses this data to classify review risk, prepare owner reports, and prevent SMS sends without current consent.
How Data Is Used
ProofStride uses stored data to provide Google review operations, neutral request previews, risky-review escalation, owner reporting, support, security, payment processing, and product reliability measurement.
Service Providers
ProofStride may use Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for server-side storage, Stripe for billing, Google Business Profile APIs for merchant-authorized review workflows, Twilio for SMS after consent and A2P readiness, and OpenAI-compatible services for drafted workflow assistance when enabled.
SMS Consent And Opt Out
ProofStride stores SMS consent and opt-out evidence. Message recipients can opt out by replying STOP to an SMS. ProofStride must not send SMS review requests unless current consent is recorded and opt-out state allows sending.
Data Sharing
ProofStride does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers, the merchant account owner, or when required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service delivery.
Retention And Requests
ProofStride keeps beta operation records as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy billing or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability. Merchants can request export or deletion through their beta onboarding contact.
